Stayed for 3 nights to attend a conference at the local convention centre. Arrived about 1pm and left luggage as rooms not available until 3pm. However on return at 4pm told room was still not ready until I said that I need to change for an event that night and after the supervisor made a phone call my room was miraculously ready. Rooms were comfortable with good amenities though I could have done with some hair conditioner. The walls were also very thin. I could hear my colleague next door watching something on her ipad. Breakfast was fine though it was not all set out by the opening time. The bar area was nice with a very nice man serving the drinks but he also worked in the restaurant so it was sometimes difficult to get his attention to buy a drink. I went to look at the gym but it only had 4 pieces of equipment so didn't bother using. All in all a good stay. Despite other reports I felt completely safe as a single woman walking around the local area and and along the beach.

Not bad located hotel, very kind front desk officers, but they have probably the worst dinning room in all over europe, the food the service was such an auful. So traumatic for me and for my group. Simply the worst place to eat. The breakfast not bad with a great stuff. The dinner was the worst dishes stuff and service, the workers are so rude. 5 days that we paid for nothing to eat. Not recomended at all

Definitely not 4 star. Hit and miss with reception staff some helpful some rude and miserable. Cleaner was scarily aggressive when I tried to collect something from the room she was in there for over 20 minutes the bedding wasn’t changed in 6 days there and the floor wasn’t swept. Opposite the hotel is a tent city near to the seafront. No room service, tea and coffee not replaced , very basic. Would rate this hotel 3 star

Stayed 4 nights, day 2 had to request rooms be cleaned, then sit in the lobby until 17:30. Day 1 water and instant coffee in rooms, then denied replenishment when requested. Showers have no doors! The restaurant was ok but not at a 5 star rating. We moved to a much nicer hotel in the area with same price and better service.

October 2023 Check was good the gentleman was fantastic Board was breakfast only and was okay is apart from stale bread (everyday) Room was the corner room was great views all Around short distance to the beach which was perfect the city is only a short trip And a nice walk along the boardwalk
